- Position: Bridge System Engineer (BrSE)
- Job Descriptions: BRSE is responsible for bridging between Japanese customers and offshore project teams in Vietnam, being able to work short term 2-3 month or long term >1 year in Japan when necessary and be able to support pre-sales activities for example study requirements, do estimation, technical proposal, etc.
- Requirements:
- University degree
- Obtaining IT knowledge-base
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Strong Japanese skills as frequently communicate with Clients (equivalent to N2 or above)
- Ability to lead a team, assign the tasks for members
- High sense of responsibility and collaboration
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Have a proactive, “can do” & “will do” attitude
- Leadership potentiality, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit
